About This Class

Does your child love video games? Now they can build their own! Using Scratch — free and fully browser-based with no downloads required — students design and code their own playable games from scratch. They'll learn the core building blocks of programming including loops, conditionals, variables, and events. This is a 2-part course. Part 1 (4 weeks) covers game design fundamentals and core coding concepts. Part 2 (4 weeks) dives deeper into multi-scene games, scoring systems, and polished final projects.
