About This Class
The most advanced course in the Coding Sprout curriculum — built for high schoolers who are serious about technology. Students write professional-level Python following real industry standards, using VS Code or Replit — both free with no required downloads. This is a 2-part course. Part 1 (4 weeks) covers professional Python including functions, data structures, file I/O, and object-oriented programming. Part 2 (4 weeks) dives into inheritance, algorithms, and a full capstone application students can add to their portfolio. This course prepares students for AP Computer Science, college programming courses, and real-world tech careers. ⏰ Duration: 90 minutes per week 👥 Max Students: 18 🎯 Perfect for: 9th -12th grade ***Classes will be held on Friday***
